Divorce Tips for Women with guest Susan Astle

Today I am so excited to introduce you to my new friend Susan Astle- We met on Instagram and now she is on my podcast!  We discuss what to know when considering divorce- She has so many great tips and tools that are a must to know.  This is really great information for all women! Enjoy learning a little bit more about Susan.
Susan Astle is a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner, licensed to practice Family Law in the state of Utah.  In 2018, the Utah State Supreme Court adopted rules that, after successfully completing extensive training, certification, and legal examinations, a licensed paralegal practitioner (LPP) is permitted to practice law in a limited capacity.  LPP's in Family Law can perform many similar tasks as an attorney such as filing, negotiating a settlement, reviewing court documents, etc.  at a more affordable rate. An attorney may be a better option in some circumstances, so it is helpful to understand your options and next steps. Susan is committed to making resources and legal counsel as it relates to Family Law more accessible. Susan offers free 20 minute consultations to residents of Utah through scheduling on astlefamilylaw.com to help you find the right fit for your case. You can also follow her on Instagram @ custodydivorceresource for additional tips and resources.

Hi, I’m Jennifer

I love helping women and men heal from betrayal. I originally started this podcast with my husband and since my divorce I have taken it solo. I love sharing and talking about the 50/50 of life and providing tools to help you along your path to healing.
