Becoming Uncomfortable

This week I share several ways that I have used discomfort as a way to progress and become a better version of myself.  I recently participated in 29029 Everesting and that was discomfort on steroids.  I also got divorced which has been a whole new way to get uncomfortable. I encourage you to find ways to create a bit of discomfort into your life.  I'd love for you to share them with me.

Hi, I’m Jennifer

I love helping women and men heal from betrayal. I originally started this podcast with my husband and since my divorce I have taken it solo. I love sharing and talking about the 50/50 of life and providing tools to help you along your path to healing.
