Privacy vs. Secrecy in your Relationships

This week I discuss a topic that you might have experienced in your marriage- When does your privacy cross the line and turn into secrecy. If you are having an affair- you are keeping something secret. If you are getting ready for work you might want some privacy.  I discuss why this matters and how to avoid secrecy.   If you want an intimate and connected relationship with others this is a good topic to become aware of and figure out how you contribute or can become better about being open and honest and still respecting someone's privacy.

Hi, I’m Jennifer

I love helping women and men heal from betrayal. I originally started this podcast with my husband and since my divorce I have taken it solo. I love sharing and talking about the 50/50 of life and providing tools to help you along your path to healing.
