The River of Misery

This week I discuss  a concept that I learned a few years ago called the river of misery. My coach Jody Moore taught me this and I found it so helpful, especially dealing with challenging things.  I compared the river of misery to the Nile river. Whether it is divorce, betrayal or the flu, losing weight or potty training, anyone can apply this to their life.  I hope you find it helpful and I wish you luck getting to dry ground.

Hi, I’m Jennifer

I love helping women and men heal from betrayal. I originally started this podcast with my husband and since my divorce I have taken it solo. I love sharing and talking about the 50/50 of life and providing tools to help you along your path to healing.
